Registration Fees:

Early Registration: Until Februay 23, 2019

In- State Resident - $75.00

Out of State Resident - $90.00

Late Registration: Starting February 25, 2019

In- State Resident- $85.00

Out of State Resident: $100.00

Age Requirements

3 years to 16 years old

Child's Age as of April 30,2019

YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY WITH APPLICATION

You can print the Baseball application from the link below but will have to bring it to the Horn Lake Parks & Recreation Office located inside Latimer Lakes Park at 5633 Tulane Rd. Horn Lake, MS

2019 Mandatory Evaluations for ages 7- 16 will be held at Latimer Lakes Park Baseball Complex at Upper Fields

Ages 9/10 at 4:00 PM

Ages 11/12 at 5:00PM

Ages 13/ 14 at 6:00 PM

DIZZY DEAN YOUTH BASEBALL IN HORN LAKE SEEKS TO KEEP OUR LOCAL YOUTH ACTIVE IN A FUN AND EXCITING BASEBALL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. GAMES ARE PLAYED TYPICALLY ON WEEKNIGHTS, WITH A SEASON OPENING JAMBOREE PLAYED ON SATURDAY. UNIFORM EXPENSE IS NOT INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES. UNIFORMS ARE PICKED OUT BY COACHES. ANYONE INTERESTED IN COACHING SHOULD FILL OUT THE COACHES APPLICATION IN OUR OFFICE WITH THE AGE GROUP YOU ARE REQUESTING TO COACH. COACH SPOTS ARE FIRST COME. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ALL STARS, YOU MUST PLAY IN YOUR CORRECT DIZZY DEAN DISTRICT. SCHOOLS COVERED IN THE HORN LAKE DIZZY DEAN DISTRICT ARE: HORN LAKE AND LAKE CORMORANT HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
