Payment Options — All bills are due by the 15th of each month.

At City Hall 
3101 Goodman Road West, Horn Lake, MS 38637
Our office accepts payments from 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
There is also a drive-thru that accepts Utility payments from 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Night Drop
A night drop is located outside the entrance of the Utilities Department that is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
All payments put in the night drop after 8:00 a.m. will not be posted until the next business day.

Mail In
Payments may be mailed to 3101 Goodman Road West Suite A, Attn: Utilities, but must be received prior to the 15th (due date).
If paying by check, include the bill, or write the Horn Lake Utilities account number on the check.

Bank Draft
Bank drafts are available with the form available for download.
Please fill out the following form and return to the Utility Department to enroll in the automatic payment plan.
